Unforgettable Languages by LinkWorld is a good supplement to a school Spanish course; the main goal of the program is to increase vocabulary and the software accomplishes this task successfully.
The course opens with 10 lesson selections and a helpful glossary. Unforgettable Languages functions as a flashcard program, giving you a word in both Spanish and English. The software plays the word in Spanish to demonstrate the correct pronunciation, allows you to complete a vocabulary list, then gives you a quiz-you must enter the English translation of each Spanish word. After this segment is completed, the program increases the difficulty by giving you the English word and requiring you to provide the Spanish translation. In addition, Unforgettable Languages offers a basic outline of Spanish grammar. The program is quite limited when it comes to teaching Spanish comprehension and communication skills.
This software teaches some spelling and pronunciation, but the main focus is on vocabulary.
Due to the simplicity of this program, we had no trouble navigating.

Unforgettable Languages has adequate word tools mostly because it focuses so closely on vocabulary.
Unforgettable Languages office business hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m - 5 p.m. EST (Closed on major holidays). You can reach a Customer Service Rep at 1-800-530-6323 during these hours. Their Fulfillment/Shipping Department does ship orders on Saturday, the the Customer email and phone service is not open on the weekends. If you call or email over the weekend, your message will not be replied to until that following business day.
Unforgettable Languages is not the best choice for someone interested in learning to speak fluent Spanish. If your goal is simply to build your Spanish vocabulary, this software works just fine. However, there are many other products available that deliver a far more complete package for a similar price.
