Their Fulfillment/Shipping Department does ship orders on Saturday, the the Customer email and phone service is not open on the weekends. If you call or email over the weekend, your message will not be replied to until that following business day.

Unforgettable Languages is not the best choice for someone interested in learning to speak fluent Spanish. If your goal is simply to build your Spanish vocabulary, this software works just fine. However, there are many other products available that deliver a far more complete package for a similar price.
